Hi!
Today, during my lunch break, I came home and found bunch of mails in our mailbox. What caught my attention was the two letter envelopes from US Citizenship & Immigration Services which look very familiar - one address to me and the other to my wife. I became suspicious and worried having calculated November 2007 as the month where we could possibly get our green cards having filed the I-485 later part of May 2007. Could it be a denial, or another request for supporting documents? I decided to set aside those two envelopes, while composing myself , and open the two ordinary looking envelopes from Texas which I thought were credit cards. And what a surprise! I could not believe it was my Green Card and the other one is for my wife. The issue date is 9/11, a memorable day in the US. Now there could be some mistake here, I thought. We already have our two Green Cards, and, we¢re being asked to send another documents? I hurriedly opened the two envelopes from USCIS which I have set aside. And to my surprise and relief, it was the Welcome Notice as new Permanent Residents in the US of A giving us our Alien #¢s and telling us to wait for the next three weeks to receive our Green Cards. Of course we don¢t need to wait for another 3 weeks to receive our card, we got it! Moments later I got I call from Rachel from your Office congratulating us for the approval of our I-485, and she was somewhat surprise when I told her that we did not only get the Approval Notice, we did get also our Green Cards too. Finally!
I said Finally because our family has spent countless times and monies looking for good lawyers who can help our family members since 2000, including our 3 children to legally adjust their status while in the US. Sad to say, two of the lawyers we previously approached and hired not only drag our case but were more interested on the fees than the corresponding services they ought to provide for their clients. One of these lawyers, close his office in downtown San Diego, and nowhere to be found including the payments we¢ve made.
Our personal thanks and gratitude goes to you Atty. Deborah Chew, and your associates of Deborah Chew & Associates Law Firm who truly is professional, meticulous, and with a remarkable records of successfully assisting your clients more especially my entire family, my wife and our three children who¡ve secured their green cards earlier.
Your works are commendable. And for this, to show our gratitude, we are recommending your legal services to all the people we know who desire to hire an honest, reliable and successful law firm to handle their case. We did not find a good lawyer, we found the best!
Thank You Very Much.

Hi Deborah,
I received my Green Card on 3rd February 2007. Your firm sent out my I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131 and all the other forms on or about 23rd December 2006 and 5 weeks later I received the Green Card.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding representation on my behalf.
I know of many horror stories where the Attorney is always unavailable or I have to make appointments to speak to them, or you can only speak with a Para Legal etc. But you and your team have always been there whenever I had any questions or worries. You patiently took time from your very busy schedule to answer all my questions and concerns.
What I am most impressed, however, is the way you had drafted my supporting letters and documents. Those letters were dynamite. I am also impressed by your attonrey's demeanor, his caring tone etc especially when I was most stressed. You have a good team , Deborah.
All my friends were astonished to hear about how fast your office managed to get me the Green Card. I have also forwarded your particulars to all those who requested them.
Keep up the good work, Ma'am.
Thank you very much for all your help and guidance.
With Best Regards

Dear Deborah,
I write to express my eternal gratitude to you and your team for helping me and my family get our green cards. From the time I met you, to the filing of the PERM, then the I-10 and I-485, you and your team have been super efficient, responsive and excellent. While I struggle with other lawyers on the strategies of getting the green card through RIR and PERM under EB3 for many years to the point of ultimate frustration with the system, it was a blessing to find your firm. You and your team have helped me gotten my PERM case approved in 2 weeks, my I-140 approved in 4 months and the I-485 and receipt of actual green card in less than 4 months. The total period from the time I met you to getting getting the green card in my hand is less than 9 months. Everything was done so fast with such confidence that I feel that your firm is worth every penny of the fees you have earned. I know of many people who have spent thousands of dollars and waited many years to get the green card. I got it in about 9 months from the time you took on my case !!!
It is truly unbelievable. My family and I are basking in happiness with our newfound freedom. We would like other people to get the benefit of your services so we have been making and will continue to make referrals for you. In short, thank you for (1) your empathy to us as foreign workers of the importance of getting the green cards fast; (2) for using your excellent legal expertise to get the applications approved in the shortest time without any inquiries or questions; (3) for the hardwork of your team in getting all the applications processed quickly and last but not least, (4) for being very professional, responsive (even for taking calls and responding to emails late at night and over the weekends), and knowledgeable in the law to get us the results we wanted.
I think every foreigner in this country should know about you and your firm for the imigration services that you provide because of your ability to help all of us make our dream to stay in America come true.
Thanks,

Dear Ms Chew,
We are very happy that my wife's PERM case was approved in 5 weeks. That is just unbelievable. I am so relieved that I do not have to worry about my F-1 OPT expiration date anymore. I sincerely appreciate your excellent service. I am looking forward to proceeding with our family green card application...
Thank you very much.

Deborah Chew is the lawyer who handled my application for permanent residency via NIW. Even though my field is highly technical and rare ("phylogenomics") she wrote a very nice and detailed "essay-type" cover letter stating the importance of my field and summarizing my accomplishments and skills and extracting the most important lines from my letters of opinion (as well as stating all the relevant laws and summarizing the outcomes/rules from earlier cases important in particular due to the so called "NY DOT regulations" which make NIW cases much harder to get approved). She also handled all the other forms quickly and precisely.
Due her skillful managing of my case, my I 140 got approved without any annoying requests for additional evidence in only 4 months even impressing the HR people at my company. Upon approval of the I𤩼 she quickly (range of days) filed for adjustment of status, employment authorization and advanced parole.
I was most impressed by the speed she handled everything (I feel confident to make this statement since I am familiar with the slowness the lawyers of my coworkers handled their cases). In the face of rapidly running out visa numbers, not much is more important than to have an early priority date (as well as error free handling of all the materials). Also, Deborah Chew is very accessible (as opposed to other law firms, which the clients only access through secretaries and paralegals).
In short, I am very satisfied and highly recommend her office.

My PERM case was approved 3 days after filing. Deborah Chew & Associates not only has the expertise and experience to process labor certifications cases but process the case so quickly without any glitiches. My I-140 and I-485 applications were prepared in advance and filed within 1 week of the PERM's approval. I will refer any friends and associates to Deborah Chew & Associates without any doubt. - P.L. My E-2 visa was processed quickly with all forms and supporting letters in a comprehensive package. The case was approved overseas in a few weeks without any problems. Deborah Chew prepared us for the interview and we obtained the E-2 visa for and my family successfully. My family and I are grateful to Deborah Chew for her expediency and expertise.
